My business is appointment based.  It only works when appointments are kept.  When you schedule an appointment with me, I must make sure I am there for you.  I ask that you extend the same courtesy to me.  I do realize that occasionally "real life" intrudes on preciously laid plans. 

For that reason, it is my policy to give each client  a "second chance" the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.  However the second time  an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, I must charged for the missed appointment at the time of their next appointment.  If you would like to re-schedule a confirmed appointment just let me know with at least 24 hours notice              .
